The high roof is a Toyota Hiace with roughly 1.8 metres of standing height inside the reefer body — around 30 centimetres more than the standard van. That difference is the whole point: bakery racks roll in upright, garment rails hang full-length, and stacked trays gain an extra tier instead of a second trip.
The box is built to order in either zone — chiller or freezer — with the set point fixed at handover. Like every vehicle in the fleet it runs GPS tracked with the temperature logged, routine maintenance included and vehicle & cargo insurance in place.
