Mashal Chiller Transport is a refrigerated vehicle rental service operating from Al Goze Building, Al Quoz 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we handle when you use this website or contact us, and the choices you have. 2.Information you send us

This website has no sign-up and no contact forms. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us directly — over WhatsApp, by phone or by email — when you ask for a quote or book a vehicle. Typically that is:

• Your name and contact number
• Your delivery location and rental dates
• Details of the cargo and the vehicle you need
• For companies: business details needed on a quotation or LPO

We use this information for one purpose: to quote, book and run your rental — confirming availability, dispatching the vehicle, and keeping the records a rental normally requires.

3.Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our hosting keeps standard server logs — the IP address, browser type and pages requested — used for security and to keep the site running. These logs are not used to identify you personally.

4.Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. It may set functional cookies from our caching system (LiteSpeed Cache), which help pages load faster and expire on their own. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time without losing access to anything on this site.

5.Third-party services

A few parts of the site are provided by third parties, which may process technical data (such as your IP address) when they load or when you choose to use them:

• Google Fonts — the site's typefaces are served by Google.
• Google Maps — the map on our contact page loads only if you press the button to load it; until then, nothing is sent to Google Maps.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — tapping a WhatsApp button opens a chat in your own WhatsApp app; your conversation with us there is also covered by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

6.How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only where the rental itself requires it — for example with the driver dispatched to your job — or where the law requires us to.

7.How long we keep it

We keep booking and quotation records for as long as normal business and legal record-keeping requires, and no longer than needed for those purposes.

8.Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@mashalchillertransport.com and we will respond.

9.Applicable law

We handle personal information in line with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

10.Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information — for example, if we add analytics or a contact form to this website — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top.
